PTA Meeting

Please join us for our next PTA meeting on Tuesday, August 28 at 5:30 p.m. in the library. Involvement in our PTA is a great way to share your input and expertise. Memberships are available for $10 per person or $15 per family. School spirit t-shirts are also available at the front office. Join the fun, and support our school PTA!

Positive Behavioral Interventions And Supports

Our new positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) expectations posters are posted in the hallways. When you are on campus look for the golden iLead posters that show the expectations that we have for students in different common areas!

Health And Wellness

Our goal in the health office is to keep everyone safe and healthy during the school year. Please return the emergency medical forms that were sent home. If you did not receive one, they are available at the office. The nurse is unable to give any over the counter medications without this form on file. This form also provides phone numbers of whom to contact if we need to send your child home due to illness. Please make sure phone numbers, as well as emergency contacts, are up to date. Thank you!

Tax Credit Information

Reduce your Arizona state tax by contributing to Littleton Elementary District schools! The state of Arizona allows taxpayers to take advantage of wonderful tax credits. Please consider donating to the Littleton Elementary District schools. Simply download, print, and return a form to the district office or any one of our schools today. Our goal is to double the amount collected last year. We need your help to accomplish this! Remember, a tax credit is better than a tax deduction.

Art Education Page

We have a new district Art Education page. We will be adding new things to the page in the coming weeks, so visit often.

Keeping Our Kids Healthy

Children and adolescents should limit recreational use of a computer to less than two hours a day, according to Healthy People 2020. Daily physical activity for 60 minutes is recommended to keep our kids healthy. We encourage you to make physical activity fun and get in on the action!

Activity is essential for growing children to:

  • Improve bone health
  • Improve cardio-respiratory and muscular fitness
  • Decrease levels of body fat
  • Reduce symptoms of depression

Don’t be last out of the gate. Keep up to date by reading the Country Place Newsletter each month. You can even catch up on months you may have missed.
