Participating in PTA is a rewarding experience, creating memories to last a lifetime for both you and your child. Our wonderful Country Place PTA plays a valuable role in contributing to your child’s education and supporting our teachers. We hope you will get involved.
The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is the oldest and largest child advocacy association in America. It is a not for profit organization run and led entirely by volunteers. PTA is parents, teachers, and community members working together for our children to make a difference in their education, health, welfare, and safety. It is a far larger job than anyone of us could do alone and one of the reasons why we need your support and encouragement of your membership to help us continue our efforts.
Members of the PTA work hard to plan programs that benefit the students and families of Country Place. It is their time and dedication that help provide several school programs and fun family events throughout the year.
Become a member of Country Place PTA today! Dues are only $10.00 per person. The PTA submits $4.50 from each annual membership to cover dues to both the State and National PTA which provides training materials, workshops, support, newsletters, community programs, legislative representation, and advocacy. The remaining $5.50 goes towards funding our activities and events.

If you are interested in buying a school spirit t-shirt, we have them available at the front office. We are taking orders for the Country Place hoodies. We have order forms available at the front office. Hoodies are $25.
Coming in October
Wednesday, October 5 at 7:00 a.m.
Come, join us at the park behind the school (near the south gate), and walk to school with us in celebration of national walk to school day. We will meet and walk in through the south gate. We will provide breakfast to parents in the library. All parents are welcomed to attend!
Tuesday, October 25-Tuesday, November 8
Please support our school and PTA by participating in our school fundraiser. The Yankee Candle Fiesta Fundraiser will run from October 25 through November 8. Funds from this fundraiser go towards students’ field trips, PTA school events, and more.
Wednesday, October 26
Wednesday, October 6 will be casual dress down day; additionally, we will be selling munchies by the kindergarten area after school for .50 each.
Thursday, October 27 5:00-7:00 p.m.
We will host the Country Place Fall Festival at the school on Thursday, October 27 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Join us and participate in the fun activities we have planned. Kids can trick or treat, make crafts, and watch a Halloween movie. We will have snacks for sale too!
